Before You Start
Talk to the children about mirrors and how they reflect images. Where in their homes do they have mirrors? What kinds of activities might they perform while looking in a mirror? Invite the children to get into pairs.
Let's Begin
1. After a while, partners switch roles.

2. One partner begins by performing simple movements, which his partner copies exactly – acting like his reflection in the mirror!
Furthermore
If necessary, encourage the children to create different body shapes, to use various body parts, levels in space, nonlocomotor skills (bending, stretching, twisting), and tempos.
