| Almost every child enjoys being the center of attention occasionally. This activity provides an opportunity for just that, as well as a review of the day’s activities! |

The children form a circle, with one child (“Punchinello”) in the center.
|
| |
|
|
1. The children in the circle chant:
“What can you do, Punchinello, funny fellow? What can you do, Punchinello, funny you?”
2. The child in the center then chooses something she experienced during the day to demonstrate, at which point the remaining children chant:
“We can do it, too, Punchinello, funny fellow. We can do it, too, Punchinello, funny you.”
3. And they do! Each child has a turn to be Punchinello. |

| Substitute the child’s own name for Punchinello to make him feel really special! |
