We will be implementing Miesels' Work Sampling System in the fall for our 9 Head Start Classrooms. I think the most difficult paradigm shift will be portfolio collection. Staff is used to writing weekly observations in Cognitive, Language, Motor, Social, Emotional, Health and Nutrition. The formal writing has been decreased but sometimes this feels less secure. Any suggestions or resources for supporting staff through this transition? Thank you. Mary Beth
