Lately the staff in our center has given us a run for our money. If it isn't gossiping it's making unreasonable demands and just plain being snotty. We'd like to fing a way to stop the gossiping and bring our center back together as a team. Some staff members feel as if their hard work is not appreciated, we'd like to fing a way to express our concerns to them about their behavior but at the same time appreciate all the hard work that they are doing. Some staff members are working hard and d deserve appreciation, others will sit and talk and no matter how many times we ask them to get off their fannies, they STILL sit. How can we motivate these people and what are some new and innovative ways to appreciate our staff. We would appreciate any suggestions! HELP!!! c1500@mail.kindercare.com
