This is one example of peer pressure being positive. He will see all the other children going pee in the toilet want to be a big kid like the rest of the class. We had a boy who was almost 4 in my class. He was still in pull-ups and didn't even want to discuss the toilet. He is a very bright child with a large vocabulary. One day I caught him going into the washroom and I watched him without him knowing.
