Even with that, I think it sounds low. Do they pay you extra for working after hours? If you know anyone doing this for another family, call and ask what they pay. I know of one person here that does what you do and she gets $8 an hour to keep one child. But they pay in cash, no insurance, and she doesn't have to report her income.
