Hi Ginger, I have had in home care for 17 years and LOVE what I do! Sometimes people have asked me about opening or running a center. These are some questions/problems that I've always thought about. And I'm truly not interested in having a center, but would like to hear about your experiences. Some questions if you don't mind answering: -I assume you have switched your role to administrator. Do you miss working with children one on one on a day to day basis? -After being totally in charge of everything for the children at home, was it hard for you to give up that teaching and training and let other people do it with the children? -How many employees and children do you have in your centers? -Are you able to pay your employees well? -What has your success been with finding good help? -Do your employees stay "long-term"? I'm just really curious about some of these things and would appreciate any answers you have to share with me. (As well as anything else you might think to mention!) Thanks!!
