Hey! how's it going with your brother??? Any luck??? Here's some ideas - Can you make a story about a clown who did many different energetic things and ate lots of energy giving foods. Then one day he forgot to eat and had no energy and couldn't do all the things he wanted / was supposed to do. Then talk to him about what foods give us energy and why the clown needs to eat them. He can finish off the story - hopefully with the clown eating normally again!!!! Make it always about the clown and not about him. After a bit say 'gee i don't think you'll have enough energy to ride your bike - can you eat a bit of cheese (or whatever) first? ' He'll probably think this is really stupid but you never know when he lies in bed and thinks about it late at night, he may realise that he needs to eat. He's old enough to understand that he needs to eat to get energy. I know this bit is the hardest but ignore it. Even don't set the table for him (maybe???) over dinner (with him nearby) talk to your mum about how delicious the food is.... All the best -
