CDA vs.Ece degree
Thanks for the replies. I was jsut wondering. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood education. I teach pre-kdg in my local school district and get paid the same on the teacher pay salary. I worked in day care for 20 years before getting my degree. In that 20 yrs I only made $3 and hour more from when I started. I now have medical benefits and make decent money. I,m not sure you can do that with a CDA though. Maybe look into pursuing a bachelors degree in education. Thanks again for the replies.
