Subject: TRY THIS...

these things may sound simple but please try and let me know! Limiting drinks AT LEAST 2 hrs prior is good....you're already doing that. Child goes to be ----IN HER ROOM, as you have your bedtime chat, explain, "I KNOW you don't WANT to wet the bed so don't think I am upset with you but tonight as you are falling alseep try to RELAXE and picture yourself feeling as though you MIGHT have to pee later. Then IF you do, picture waking up, opening your eye, picture your feet touching the flor, picture yourself standing and walking to the bathroom, then getting to the toilet, taking down your pants etc and THEN sitting on the toilet with your eye wide OPEN and then and only then pee....go back thru the steps and get into a nice , dry cozy bed!" I tied this with my son and it worked like a charm. ONE other Very important part waS THIS - You put the child to be this way say 8 or 830 (WITH nite lite and nitelite in bathroom) and then when you go to bed, Say 11 ish ? You wake the child up!!! YES, you gently wake the child, take by hand and bring to the bathroom!!!!! This did work. I think if you folow through for 3-5 weeks you will be fine. GOOD LUCK!
