14 year old..
My son has been a bed wetter(actually both of them)since he was about 4 years old. He potty trained just fine and then started. At this point he is almost 5'8" and weighs about 140 lbs. He is physically maturing and is now so upset about this issue that it is really causing problems for him as far as his esteem goes. We have run the gammit of alarms, goodnites, DDAVP, etc. We don't make an issue out of wet bedding or clothes and have even provided our kids with thier own washer and dryer. They are 14 & 12, so they do thier own laundry. They hate it, but I feel that being responsible for yourself is important. I am now looking into alternative treatments such as vitamins and homeopathic medications. Of course I will use what works on BOTH of the boys, but my eldest is having the most emotional issues currrently. Any advice or anything????
