As I read through the exchanges between you and the Mn ladies, I haven't seen the good. As a home day care provider I really don't see the benifit of belonging to a union. You belong to the union and are a Home Daycare provider what is the cost to you monthly "dues" and what is the benifit for your bussiness? The MN ladies seem to have proven their point of injustice from the union ;AFSCME is the second largest union in the United States right after the teamsters.
