Bear and Tired teacher, I can understand what both of you are going through, Kelly's idea seems to be good and will work for Bear as well I think. However, it is hard to do it for me as I hardly have time for myself. I too can't stand the owners who can't handle this kind of teachers and nor would give the authority to the directors, but we have to be strong and put our point clearly. It is not easy to run a centre with this kind of teachers. I also posted my problem in director's corner at www.123child.com (website address).
