The talk about force, fear, etc. is of concern to some of us in the early care & education field, as is the provision that we would have no choice or opportunity to say we wish to represent ourselves & no-thank-you-its-not-for-us. There is the side of unionization where unfit employeesin any form of employment are retained on public and private payrolls due to their union fighting that they stay employed.
