Go to where the children are. Grocery stores, schools, parks, HOSPITALS, etc. Hang up and hand out fliars, business cards, etc, but also TALK TO PEOPLE. Let them know what you do and how you're sooooo wonderful! I even handed out fliars in my neighborhood (I went door to door).
Once you get them in, communicate with the families often - get personal. Let them know, once their child is enrolled, that child is family.
