I hope you don't give her a snack? If she doesn't eat her dinner she doesn't need a snack. Dinner time should be dinner time. She should be made aware that if she doesn't eat she doesn't get a snack later. She won't go hungary. It is not a mean thing to do. It is being the parent and being consistant with meal time. Set a time and she has to eat her food before the timer goes off. Plan a fair ammount of time that is convenient for you. 30 minutes? If that is acceptable to you. Then if she doesn 't eat in that time there is not a snack later. jsut ber consistant with that. She is playing a game with you because she knows she will get a snack later.
