Australia. Our room names are simply Blue, Red, Purple, Yellow and Green. Green being the 4-6 year room. All rooms are painted in their respective colours. Another centre I have worked in also used names of native Australian animals. Each animal chosen for each particular age group seemed fitting. Koalas 0-1 year, Possums 1-2 years, Kangaroos 2-3 years, Wombats 3-4 years and Echidnas 4-5 years. They even named the kitchen - Kookaburra Kitchen!
