Summer Fun!
I think it's wonderful that you want to fill your children's summer with fun and learning (most parents would be happy just sitting them in front of a tv). Instead of thinking of it as a "school" try teaching the children through play. Figure out exactly what you want to expose them to throughout the summer, then break it down into different sections that can be explored such as science and nature, math, literacy, dramatic play, art, gross and fine motor activities, etc. Your two year old will benefit greatly from learning through play and it will be a nice break for your seven year old from work books and sitting at a desk.
