5 year old afraid to choke
I've read alot of the posts and they make me feel better that I'm not the only one who's child has a fear of choking. She has choked before but still will eat solids but sometimes she runs to the bathroom to spit it out because she thinks its to big. should I let her do this? Sometimes she feels likes there something left over from what she ate in her throut and has a small anxiety attack. We tell her that if it was stuck she woouldn/t be able to talk or breath. I was wondering if i should bring her to the doctors just to make sure? I also think she has post nasal drip because she;s always clearing her throut and my husband and I have it. Any suggetions
