I am licensed and have a degree in ECE. I recently applied to a Kindercare Center for a lead teacher position. I interview next week. I need the financial stability as anyone who has operated in home childcare knows. I also need benefits, retirement etc. Anyone out there work for Kindercare? What is your experience an what is Kindercare's pay scale? I do agree with all of you ..we are the most underpaid persons with degrees. It is insulting what Preschool Teachers earn.
