Rote Counting
Hey i just stumbled on this site and thought I'd ask for some advice. Im a practicum student and I have to teach a math lesson on Rote counting to 100 by 10's. Thats what Everyday Math says I should be doing anyway. My co op teacher told me to do up to 30 as the kids are not ready to go to 100. Can someone offer up an idea for an activity, or a web resource that has good activities? I was thinking of doing 4 centers, but it seems like a hard subject to get the students interested in. PS this is for Kindergarten.
