Subject: Thanks and more help out there?

I must say that my wife and I were very glad to see that we were not alone either. Our daughter of 6 yrs old had a choking incedent which seemed to have no effect. About a week later she began to show signs of being afraid of food. She eats a little bit at each meal but not much and tends to cry while eating. She is also beginning to ask questions about choking on other objects like pens, plastic caps and also say that something may have gotten in her mouth that she is going to choke on. Our fear is that she is not functioning normal without getting worried - we have done all of the doctor things but not mental health yet. Is there anyone out there that has had a successful treatment?? I am glad that you are all out there but where are the experts on these topics. Where is the expert section? thanks to everyone for the information and sharing R&H;
