I have a delightful 6 1/2 year old who is constantly staining or pooping his pants. He can do it anywhere....school, sports clubs, at home...we can be sat reading a story in his bedroom, right nextdoor to the bathroom but still it won't make any difference. He can do it in his p.j's, pants, whatever he has on. I have tried everything for long lenghts of time and nothing seems to work. At the moment he has pocket money if his pants are clean at the end of the day, if they are dirty he has to sort them out himself. He doesn't care! He won't say if he has soiled himself but also isn't too worried if other children find out. Cain has ADHD with Aspergers Syndrome, apparently it is quite normal espically for children with these conditions but it really doesn't help me! I am up for trying anything suggested...........
