His father said they do not and will not speak any english at home. (They are trying to preserve their culture.) This will be the child's first experience away from home, family and his language. I have had several experiences with this in the past, but the parents were either also trying to learn english or trying to encourage the child to learn at home, too. I will learn a few a "basic needs" words and phrases of the childs language to help us all out, but I am looking for any suggestions to help this little guy. Any ideas? Name: Email: Subject
