You are in America and your child will be taught in English. You are asking for trouble if the parent refuses to teach English to the child and you can't understand or teach in his language. I would refer to someone that speaks his language. It will be the parents problem now and in Kindergarten. Suggest the parent leave America if he doesn't want his child taught in English.
