I have been a Licensed Home Provider for 15 + yrs. I'm wanting to start a Center in my area but have many questions . I seem to have all my ducks all in a row (business plan , experience etc) and may be able to start looking for a building this summer 2007 . I guess the buiding type and regulations are my main questions and also hiring good staff (trusting them) . I will have to hire a director because I won't quailfy . Can you give me some ideas if I e-mail them to ya ?? I almost had a center opened 2 years ago and went through zoning and had a contract on a building but the goverment stuck me for working capital funds (long story) . Thanks for your help !
