Subject: I HOPE I CAN HELP

I HAVE WORK AT THIS SAME JOB FOR 14 YRS. AT THE SAME CENTER BECAUSE WE HAVE SUCH A GREAT ROUTINE/PROGRAM. AND YES, IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND THE CHILDREN AS WELL. HERE IS HOW OUR TODDLER SCHEDULE GOES. 9AM- CIRCLE TIME 9:15- SNACK (NOT SURE OF YOUR RATIO, BUT WE ARE 7 TO 1 SO WE HAVE 14 TODDLERS) 9:30- CENTERS- WE SPLIT UP AND I CENTER IS GROSS MOTOR, THE OTHER CENTER IN FINE MOTOR.(PAINTING,OR BLOCK,ETC.) *WE CONTINUE WITH THAT FOR 15 20 MIN. THEN SWICH. 10:30- WE ALL COME BACK TOGETHER AND READY BOOKS WHILE OTHERS ARE GETTING CHANGED FOR LUNCH (DIAPERS AND BIBS PUT ON). 11-AM LUNCH 1: THEY START TO WAKE UP CHECK DIAPERS 2PM SNACK 2:30- WE EITHER GO OUTSIDE( WEATHER PERMITS) OR SPLIT INTO CENTERS/OR DO A CENTER ALL TOGETHER. THIS IS JUST AN IDEA!!
