Subject: sold foods

My child had 12 teeth at 1 year and choked on anything solid. My doctor said no problem. Let him remain on strained baby food until 18 months. If still a problem, he would tell me what to do. By the time he was 18 months old, he just decided to chew his food and no more problems. He was called an anxious over eater. In other words, he wanted it in and down, no time to chew. He did not eat finger foods either. Nothing but strained baby food and breast milk.
