I have about four little boys, age 3 that just fight with each other constantly. I am ready to look for another job I am so stressed out with these kids. They hit, kick, spit, punch, bite, and then I have one boy that has gone after the teachers. (me) I get no parental help and my director is not around much. These kids are out of control and disrupting my entire class. I am at a loss as to what to do.
