I have four 3 year old boys that constantly fight in the classroom. They hit, kick, punch, bite, one has been hitting the teacher (me). I get no parental help and my director is not around much. I am so stressed that I took today off to regroup. These children have no guidelines or rules at home and are disrupting the entire class. I do not know what to do anymore.
