I totally agree with Phil on this one....working full time with 3-5 yr olds in a state nursery school, I change anywhere between 1 and 10 children every day; how good would it look if I told the female staff (ie everyone except me hehe) that they had to do it? I'd get strung up!
Also its nice to see some training lads posting, keep at it guys :-)
