I am also interested in opening a care center. I'd like to hear from others about the pitfalls - I know about insurance woes and certification hoops, but what is it like for you, day-to-day? Will I be spending most of my time managing parents? Managing staff? Reworking policy? is it better to look into a chain, or to try to launch it on my own?
