I have a dual degree in Elementary ed / Special Ed. I have been teaching in the earlychildhood field for approximately 20 years. I do not have my master's degree, but I would love to be an early childhood teacher trainer Any suggestions as to what I can do? I would appreciate any input. Thanks!

What I've been told is that you need to get a Master's degree. I kept trying to find another way around it since I also have about 15 years training but I can't find one. So I'm going to get a Master's degree.
