The centre where i have worked for the past 11 years, has almost always been a rented building/land. It was purpous built as childcare centre and originally signed to a 10 year lease, giving the owners of the buisness some security. In the first 10 years the buisness was sold two times. When the original lease was up the owners of the building decided to sell - which literally forced the owners of the buisness to buy ( if they did not buy it then a chain of centres called A.B.C who own over 300 centers in our state would have bought the building and not resigned the lease - then set uo there own centre in the space) We are a 64 place centre that caters for aprox 120 familys.
