I am doing preschool home schooling for a two (soon to be) two-year olds, a three-year old, and (half-days) four-year old. The best suggestion for integrating math, science, and social studies I could give would be to use a thematic approach. This allows you to cover objectives in all areas. For example, I am beginning a unit on Apples. That will include weighing, graphing, counting (math skills), learning fingerplays, poems (language, science); discussing fruit, how apples grow (science). Using this approach allows you to plan for extended activities that are related such as cooking, field trips, etc. There are lots of good web sites to give you ideas and activities. Good luck!
: I am looking for any ideas and information that i can use in the day care setting for including science, maths and social studies for infants to preschool
