Am working in England as psychologist. Children have been traditionally identified as being "developmentally delayed". Parents are told, "They'll outgrow 'it'". Clearly, 'it' is autism. My question: what curriculum is in place elsewhere (i.e. U.S.) to support "containment" & sense of safety in these little ones so that skill development can be supported? I would be most appreciative of info, including names & addresses of sources of info..Thank you.
