Hi there. Just thought that I would give you a call and give a little advise on the toddler-baby room. I have worked with this age group for 5 yrs now and love every minute of it. I find it very helpful to maintain a close working relationship with the parents asking for there guidance, especially their individual routine, as they get older, it becomes easier. Just stick with the idea of,'home environment' and you should do really well. As for themes, this will help to keep you amused, as well as providing creative wxperiences for any older todd's that may be interested. Don't get up set if they will not sit still, that is not in their vocabulary yet. Any how, my best advise is to chill out, don't stress, and only plan for one child each day,(depending on the regularity of the group)
Good luck for the future and keep in touch
